Our Liturgical Work
| Lead the worship in song at the weekly Saturday Sunset Mass at the Church of St. Francis Xavier in Singapore |
| Play an integral role in leading the music at the various liturgical events of the year, namely Lent, Easter, Christmas and Days of Obligation |
| Commit to a prayer discipline comprising an openness to listen and be led, an acknowledgment of the need for grace, and a consecration to the Mother of God |
Our Community Involvement
| We are part of the SFX Liturgical Music Ministry where as a body, we take on all the liturgical music duties the parish celebrates. |
| As members of the Liturgical Committee of the Parish, we collaborate with the various liturgical ministries for major liturgical events. |
| As members of the Parish Pastoral Council, we collaborate with all church ministries in carrying out parish wide activities and events. |
| As choirs in the Serangoon District, we support archdiocesan initiatives and events that require our musical involvement. |
| As friends of the various religious orders and organisations, we support their fund raising events, retreats and prayer events. |
| As friends of the wider community, we support their events with our musical presentations and concerts |
Training and Development
| We tale instruction from the Archdiocesan Liturgical Committee with reference to the General Instruction of the Roman Missal (GIRM) which is the official document that provides detailed guidelines on how the Roman Catholic Mass should be celebrated according to the Roman Missal. It serves as a liturgical law and ensures uniformity in worship while allowing some adaptations based on local customs and the bishops' conferences of Singapore and Malaysia. |
| We keep abreast with the latest pedagogies in enhancing our vocal quality in the context of singing sacred music. Notable Choral Conductors including Nelson Kwei, Jonathan Valesco and Arwin Tan have provided us valuable guidance over the course of the years. |
| We set aside time to attend the yearly days of recollection and retreats which are customized for our needs . It is essential for us to carve out time to specifically listen to God. |
| Overseas trips and retreats help us to bond with God and each other: Musical Tour to Malacca (2002), Choral Competition in Genting (2003), Choral Competition in Russia (2010), Pilgrimage to Vatican City (2010), Retreat in Malacca (2014), Pilgrimage to Lourdes (2025) |

| Staged Christmas musical productions titled 'Journey of Love' in 2000, 'Come to the Manger' in 2001, 'A Single Voice' in 2002. |
